adequate size good quality tv relaxing balcony helpful staff
The room was more than adequate in size. The tv was good quality. the balcony was relaxing. It was nice for a glass of wine. the private bathroom was decent in size. It had everything needed. the cleaning staff was polite and helpful. i'd stay again.
i wish there had been a quick guide on the desk with wifi steps and password. it would have saved some time.

dusty floor stained linens
the room was spacious , which i suppose is a plus.
i arrived to find the room less than pristine , it seemed. the floor sported a charming layer of dust , and the linens had some questionable stains. it made me wonder if the cleaning crew had taken the day off , or perhaps they were just bad at their jobs.

quiet location clean room comfortable bed
I really enjoyed the quiet location! The underground station was super close. My room was spacious plus very clean with a comfortable double bed. Everything was so convenient. I'd definitely return!
The room smelled a bit like smoke! I mentioned it, but nothing happened! It was annoying throughout my stay.

a real gem
compassionate owner clean environment sweet touch
jared, the owner, showed such compassion when helping my wife in the usa find me after i lost my phone i was very touched the cleaning staff was also excellent they maintained a very clean environment. i found the location to be good being central yet quiet and safe the room included ample storage and a good television. welcome tea and coffee were provided in the room along with a chocolate on the pillow it was a sweet touch

cozy room quiet location clean space
the room was cozy, quiet, and clean. i called the owner and asked if i could book in early as i was so tired, and he got the room cleaned right away, so i could rest. i appreciated this greatly, after a long journey.
the hotel works with a third party. the codes we received for the door didn't work.
